University Studens
The Enrichment Program is designed for university students
from Europe and beyond who seek intellectual depth and orientation as part of their formation.
Academic Breadth
Participants come from a wide range of academic backgrounds—including the humanities, social sciences, law, economics, and the natural sciences—and share an interest in engaging fundamental questions across disciplines.
Admissions comittee
Selection is made by a small admissions committee with experience in academia, international admissions, and leadership development. The aim is to form a focused, diverse, and intellectually engaged group.
The review considers motivation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage seriously with questions beyond one’s primary field of study.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Fees & Scholarships
Fees and scholarships are designed to support a small, residential learning setting and to enable committed participation.
Fee Structure
Fees are structured to reflect the small group size, the residential format, and the intensity of academic work.
Villa Steiner operates as a non-profit initiative; all fees are used exclusively to cover program costs.
SEMINAR FEE
€1,200 per seminar
The fee includes the full academic program, single-room accommodation on site, and full board with all meals during the seminar week.
Discounts
Participants attending more than one seminar receive a reduced fee.
Two seminars: €2,200
All five seminars: €5,200
Seminars do not need to be completed consecutively.
scholarships
A limited number of partial scholarships is available for
highly motivated candidates who require financial support.
Scholarships are allocated as part of the application process.
ECTS Credits
Each seminar is awarded 6 ECTS credits in cooperation with Universidad Villanueva, Madrid.
Recognition of credits depends on the regulations of the student’s home institution.
Practical Notes
Travel to and from Vienna is not included in the seminar fee.
Participants arrange their own arrival and departure.
